I had a bit of an issue with my pond, and it seemed to take a bit for the customer service to respond to my email, but once they did my issue was resolved really fast and in a very friendly manner. The pond itself is adorable and well made. Its a great size for a small balcony or patio. And it looks really nice lit up at night. It's small, as the name "mini" would suggest, but it gives all the benefits and delights that a pond should. If you want a small, inexpensive water feature that look nice this is a good option.
How does the motor get connected to the shelf. The plastic connector is too big to go through the hole in the shelf and it's also too short for the motor to rest on the bottom of the pond and reach the shelf. Is the pump outlet supposed to go through the shelf hole? The instructionsdon't cover this at all.
