Looking at the box, the design is simple and clean, with the Poposoap logo on top. You’ll also see the slogan “Forever Homes for Every Creature,” which I really like.

Then we have a foam pad, which helps the water pump float when used in deeper water. After that, there are stakes used to hold the solar panel in place.
Next is the water tubing, which is about 5 feet long and very useful for DIY water feature setups. You’ll also notice a variety of spray nozzles—we’ll look at those later, so let’s set them aside for now.
Here are some screws and plugs in case you want to mount the solar panel. This is the filter sponge that attaches to the back of the pump and can be removed easily for cleaning.
And finally, here’s the main component—the water pump itself. I have to say, the build quality feels really solid.

Here you can see another filter. One of the best things about this water pump is that it uses a three-layer sponge filtration system.
Last but not least, here we have the solar panel. It has a sleek, compact design, and we’ll assemble the solar part first so it’s ready to be mounted in the ground.
One standout feature of this pump is the built-in dry-run protection sensor. When the water level gets too low, the pump automatically shuts off, which helps extend the fountain’s lifespan.
The pump is also ultra-quiet and comes with a 16-foot power cable, which is really convenient for flexible placement.
This solar fountain includes eight different spray nozzles, which is a great bonus. There’s also a small adapter to help attach the spray heads. I personally like the bell-shaped fountain, so I’ll use that one for now.
Deployment and Results
Now we’re ready to deploy the water pump and see the result. Connect the male connector to the female connector, then place the pump in the water. It will automatically turn on once the sensor detects the water level.
